New in Appose: Multi-Role Employees & In-App Updates

This release introduces several new features focused on employee management, feedback collection, and in-app communication, alongside important usability enhancements.

1. Employees Can Now Have Multiple Roles

Employees can now be assigned more than one role.

What this enables:

  • Assign a single employee to multiple roles
  • Define an order for multiple role assignments
  • Display all assigned roles directly in the employee list

This makes the app more flexible for real-world organizational structures where employees often operate across multiple roles or responsibilities.

2. Control Page Size on the Employees Table

The Employees page now allows users to control how many rows are displayed per page.

3. In-App “What’s New” Notifications

We added in-app “What’s New” notifications, allowing users to see product updates directly inside the application. You are probably using this feature right now to read this.

Why this matters:

  • Users are informed about new features and improvements without leaving the app
  • Releases are more visible and easier to discover
  • Reduces reliance on external communication channels for product updates

4. Send Feedback Directly from the App

Users can now send feedback directly from within the app using a dedicated “Send Feedback” button.

This allows users to:

  • Report bugs
  • Submit feature requests
  • Share general feedback without leaving the product
