This update improves clarity across skill assessments and employee profiles, adds more control over custom attributes, introduces a redesigned Settings experience, and fixes a job role navigation issue.
+ Assessment cards now show full job role titles for easier scanning.
+ Cancelled and declined assessments can now be deleted.
+ Skills marked as important remain visible after publishing, both in the assessment and in the employee profile’s Progress tab.
+ Role allocations in the employee profile sidebar now display full role names instead of acronyms.
+ Custom attribute values can now be reordered manually or sorted automatically.
+ Settings has been redesigned into a split view with iconography for faster, easier navigation.
+ A Settings item has been added to the left sidebar above “What’s New” for quicker access. Previously, Settings was only available from the menu opened by clicking the username.
+ Fixed a bug where clicking the context menu button in the employees list opened the employee profile instead.
